We don't store what you ask
Your questions are read once, answered, and forgotten. We keep anonymous statistics about which topics are common — but never your words.
We don't diagnose
We explain what your doctor told you. We never guess what's wrong. That's your doctor's job — and we give you better questions to ask them.
We refuse personal information
If you accidentally paste in a name or ID number, we ask you to remove it before we answer. This is your loved one's privacy — and yours.
